impossible to delete it from your mac!

I tried it and installed it on my macbook air and now it seems to be impossible to delete. I tried with a long click and by selecting the black x on the left corner but it did not work. So I went into Finder and Apps and I manually tried to get rid of it but the icon still remains on the computer!
Please provide us with an update to solve this unpleasant issue!
